Return: At your own expense
- Declare your cancellation: Enter your name, email and order number in the cancellation form and submit it.
- Receive confirmation email: With date, time. We will then send you the return address.
- Return: Send the product back to us within 7 days
- Refund: We will check the item and refund the amount to you.
Exchange: If you are unsatisfied with the size or color, you can exchange it within 30 days. (see Exchange)
Note: If the item is returned worn or damaged, we will have to deduct the loss of value from the refund.

- The tracking number allows you to see where your package is located.
- If it does happen that your package doesn't arrive or goes missing during transit, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
